Our over all winner and international winner was the wonderful , amazing Sophia Bush. Who is an inspiration to so many young people with her support of cancer awareness campaigns and her campaigns for making a better world , through her environmental campaigning .
Our national winner was the brilliant campaigner for disability rights in the UK was Sue Marsh.
